To provide patients with a more comfortable daily life through more precise technology, Dr.Aram Kim, a urology specialist, and Dr. Sehwan Kim, a biomedical engineering expert, founded MEDiThings in 2020.

MEDiThings is an AI-driven healthcare startup that develops wearable and vital-sign sensing technologies informed by real clinical insights. Our mission is to enhance patients’ quality of life and empower clinicians with more accurate diagnoses and treatment.

CEO Dr. Aram Kim is a leading urology specialist who operates neurourology and bladder dysfunction clinics in Korea. He has treated countless patients with voiding disorders, and through this experience, he came to deeply recognize the need for patient-centered solutions that genuinely improve quality of life.

CEO Dr. Sehwan Kim is a biomedical engineering researcher specializing in optical diagnostics and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Dr.Kim has been developing non-invasive technologies capable of accurately measuring physiological signals and bio-responses.

MEDiThings was founded by two professionals from different fields who shared one belief: technology must ultimately return to the patient.

Today, MEDiThings develops AI-based, non-invasive sensing solutions that help patients better understand and manage changes in their bodies. By working closely with clinicians, we aim to make diagnosis and treatment more precise, meaningful, and patient-centered.

Through technology,

MEDiThings is creating meaningful changes in

patients’ lives.

Two professionals from different fields, both devoted to improving patients’ lives, came together with one shared belief: “Technology must ultimately return to the patient.”

That belief became the starting point of MEDiThings.

Today, MEDiThings is developing solutions that combine AI with non-invasive sensing technologies

enabling patients to recognize and manage changes in their bodies more easily and accurately.
Throughout this process, we work closely with clinicians to ensure that diagnosis and

treatment become more precise and meaningful.

MEDiThings is creating profound changes in patients’ lives through technology.
